Our house is located at the beginning of Kleinarl.

In summer you can enjoy rest and relaxation in a family atmosphere. The ideal starting point for a variety of beautiful hikes, for example. to the Tappenkarsee Hut, Kleinarler Hut, Schwabalm, Schüttalm, Steinkaralm, and to top it off, a hike from Kleinarl to Wagrain and with the Postbus back to Kleinarl etc.

But you will also find a lot of sights in the immediate vicinity, which are sure to make your vacation an unforgettable experience.



The entrance to the Kleinarl mountain railways, which takes you via Flachauwinkel to Zauchensee, is in the immediate vicinity. The Kleinarl ski school is only approx. 100 m away, the ski bus stop and a restaurant are approx. 50 m away.

Without long waiting times, the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl cable cars take you comfortably to the huge ski area of the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade’

The new gondola lift ‘Panorama Link´ connects the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl ski area with Wagrain-Flachau and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the peaks of the Hohe and Niedere Tauern.

At the Apre’s Ski in the various restaurants in Kleinarl you can round off your day’s skiing with fun and entertainment.

Ski school and cross-country ski run are close by. The entrance to the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkel-Zauchensee ski area is only 100m away from us.

To the ski lift, to the sports shop or to one of the restaurants: you have everything right on your doorstep.
